About Judge Enrique Medina Ochoa
Justice Medina is running to stay on as the Justice of the Peace for Downtown Phoenix.
Judge Enrique Medina Ochoa was appointed as Justice of the Peace for the Downtown Justice Precinct in July, 2017. He has an extensive background in the public and non-profit sectors of Arizona. Justice Medina served as the Executive Director of the Arizona Fair Housing Center and previously served as the Town Manager of Tusayan, AZ, and City Manager for Arvin, CA. Justice Medina studied Political Science at Stanford University, Administration of Criminal Justice at Arizona StateUniversity, and law at the University of San Diego Law School.
Judge Medina and his wife have raised three children in Arizona. He is bilingual and has worked to address policy obstacles around the world relating to energy, the environment, education, and justice.
